Re-Bath, LLC represents and warrants Re-Bath acrylic Bathtub Liner, Shower Base Liner and/or Wall Surround System sold to Residential Buyer hereunder to be free from cracking, chipping, peeling, and/or discoloration for as long as the Buyer owns the residence. Re-Bath, LLC represents and warrants Re-Bath acrylic Bathtub Liner, Shower Base Liner and Wall Surround System sold to Commercial Buyer to be free from cracking, chipping, peeling, and or discoloration for a period of (5) years from the final completion date of the installation. Re-Bath, LLC will, upon notification and substantiation that the goods have been maintained and operated in accordance with recommendations and standard industry practice, correct such material defects by suitable repair or replacement of product at Re-Bath, LLC’s expense. This warranty is non-transferable.

*All labor warranty costs will be covered under separate warranty as provided by the originating Re-Bath Dealer for a period of one year. Any labor cost after the originating Re-Bath Dealer’s labor warranty expires will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Re-Bath, LLC reserves the right to provide factory certified labor from another source to complete the warranty work if the original Re-Bath Dealer is no longer available to provide the labor warranty. If labor warranty has expired, Buyer agrees to abide by the then current labor rates and ancillary charges.

Use of any cleaning agent, drain cleaner, or other chemical agent not listed on the approved product list will void the warranty and all rights there under. (For a current list of approved products, please refer to the Re-Bath website, www.re-bath.com, or call 1-800-426-4573.) It is understood that following installation, any subsequent excavation of the immediate area of installation by anyone other than a Re-Bath factory certified technician would result in termination of the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by improper maintenance or repair, abuse, misuse or events beyond Re-Bath, LLC’s control. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarette burns, holes cut or drilled into Re-Bath products, damage caused by removal or improperly maintaining the caulking seal around the perimeter of Re-Bath products, or damage due to improper cleaning methods. This warranty does not cover finish on chrome, brass, or antique brass trim other than the original manufacturer factory warranty. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. Buyer agrees to allow Re-Bath or its agents to inspect the products to determine cause of material defect.

Upon payment in full, the warranty registration card must be completed and returned to your Re-Bath dealer to activate the warranty.
